MCCID College Deaf Coordinator Sir Ervin Ruiz Reyes was contracted by San Rafael, Bulacan’s Mayor Lorna Silverio through Philhost.net to design their official website (www.sanrafael.gov.ph).
An official contract signing was held at the Office of San Rafael, Bulacan last December 30, 2012. Sir Ervin will be designing his first local government website with inclusion of web accessibility.
San Rafael is a first class municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 85,284 inhabitants in 14,639 households.
