In upholding their mandate to protect and promote the rights and dignity of every human being in the Philippines including those with disabilities, the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) partnered with MCCID to conduct basic Filipino Sign Language and Deaf Sensitivity Training to the staff of Human Rights Centers Management Office (HRCMO) from June 22-24, 2019 at CHR Compound in Diliman, Quezon City.
